“Automation” sounds complicated.
But once the setup is complete, nothing changes in terms of what you need to do. You register property information. That’s it.
This is the story of DAI-ICHI Estate’s journey from setup to operation with inspireXgrowth.
Step 1: Set up a system to register property information in WordPress
The first step was to prepare WordPress.
We connected a system that automatically generates articles using AI when property information is registered, via webhook.
It’s not complicated. It’s just connecting a WordPress plugin with the inspireXgrowth API.
SparxCS handles this as part of the initial setup. The staff doesn’t need to touch it.
Step 2: Design the AI persona
Next, we decide “who the posts will be from.”
A sincere tone befitting a real estate company. Not overusing technical jargon. A tone that empathizes with people in trouble.
This “posting personality” is set for the AI.
Once set, all subsequent posts are generated in this tone. No inconsistencies. No fatigue.
Step 3: Set up post angles
We create a list of “what to post about.”
Things you should know before a property goes to auction
What is Leaseback?
Advantages and disadvantages of voluntary sales
Three options when you’re struggling with your mortgage
Case studies of consultation for inheritance and co-ownership
The AI automatically selects themes from this list daily to generate posts. The themes are distributed to avoid repetition.
Step 4: Start operating fully automatically
Once the setup is complete, you don’t have to do anything else.
Multiple posts are published on X daily from different angles. If a property is updated, posts about that property are also automatically generated.
Engagement (replies to industry accounts and quote retweets) also happens automatically.
What the staff needs to do is the same as before. Just register property information in WordPress.
What we learned through automation
The words from the staff after implementation were memorable.
“It was strange to have posts going up every day, yet feel like I was doing nothing.”
But after three months, that strangeness becomes the norm.
Your SNS presence transforms from “something left unattended” to “something that operates on its own.”
From initial setup to operation typically takes about 3 weeks.
