Step 1: Set up a system to register property information on WordPress
The first thing we did was prepare WordPress.
We connected it via webhook to a system where AI automatically generates articles when property information is registered.
It’s not complicated. It’s just connecting a WordPress plugin and the inspireXgrowth API.
SparxCS handles this as part of the initial setup. The person in charge doesn’t need to touch it.
Step 2: Design the AI persona
Next, we decide “who will be posting.”
A sincere tone befitting a real estate company. Not too much jargon. A tone that empathizes with those in trouble.
This “posting personality” is set for the AI.
Once set, all subsequent posts will be generated in this tone. No deviations. No fatigue.
Step 3: Set posting angles
We create a list of “what to post about.”

Case studies of consultations on inheritance and co-ownership
From this list, the AI automatically selects a theme each day and generates posts. The themes are distributed to avoid repetition.
Step 4: Start full-scale operation automatically
Once the setup is complete, you don’t need to do anything else.
Multiple posts are made on X every day from different angles. If a property is updated, posts about that property are also automatically generated.
Engagement (replies and quote retweets to industry accounts) also happens automatically.
The person in charge only needs to do what they always did: register property information on WordPress.
What we learned through automation
The words from the person in charge after implementation were memorable.
