“Social media is for young people.”
That’s what the person in charge at DAI-ICHI Estate thought until very recently.
The company specializes in foreclosures, voluntary sales, and leasebacks. Many of their clients are in “difficult situations.” Therefore, they believed social media, with its casual tone, was incompatible.
Now, however, posts are made on X every day. The person in charge isn’t doing anything.
What Was Being Lost by Having No Social Media
In fact, not having social media was an opportunity cost in itself.
What is the first thing someone facing difficulties with mortgage payments does?
They search on Google, or they search on X.
“Voluntary sale Osaka,” “How to avoid foreclosure,” “Leaseback consultation.”
People actually search for these keywords. If there’s no information there, they won’t find you.
It’s difficult to continuously win against SEO competitors with only a website. Social media functions as a separate traffic source.
Reasons for Not Doing It
When asked, the reasons were simple.
I don’t know what to write.
I don’t have time to post every day.
There’s no one in charge.
These are challenges faced by almost all small and medium-sized businesses, not just in the real estate industry.
Everyone knows, “I should use social media,” but they can’t see “how to keep doing it.”
What Was Introduced
Introducing inspireXgrowth changed these three points:
1. Posting creation effort became zero.
Simply register property information on WordPress. AI generates articles and automatically creates posts for X. The person in charge’s tasks remain the same as before.
2. The types of posts automatically became diverse.
AI continuously generates posts from multiple angles, not just property information, but also explanations of leasebacks, Q&A on mortgage problems, and case studies of inheritance issues.
3. Engagement was also automated.
Replies and quote retweets to industry accounts are also automated. Followers increase, and the account’s presence builds up.
Not having social media means slowly losing out.
Even if you don’t get inquiries right away, social media is a “trust accumulation.”
As daily posts accumulate, when someone searches, they think, “This account posts every day.” That’s when they feel inclined to consult.
With no social media presence, this accumulation doesn’t happen at all.
Lowering the Barrier to Getting Started
When you think, “I want to start social media,” the first hurdle is “Can I continue?”
inspireXgrowth is a system where AI takes on that entire hurdle.
The real estate company that introduced it reportedly felt surprised at first, thinking, “Was it this easy?”
Remaining without social media is actually becoming a risk.
