What we’ve implemented now is psychology-based persona generation that combines Jungian Archetypes × Big Five (Five-Factor Model) × Actual Posting Data.
Jungian Archetypes are universal character types inherent in humanity. Nike embodies the “Hero,” and Apple embodies the “Rebel” archetype, which is why their messaging is unwavering. Because their brands are established, their voices are consistent. Conversely, companies without a defined archetype will find their message consistently off-kilter, no matter how well they write.
This update allows us to automate this with AI.

Battling (and Solving) a Video Bug
The bug that Chan (the development AI agent) grappled with this week was a video posting timeout. We fundamentally solved the issue where Vercel’s 120-second limit conflicted with the video’s four-stage upload by implementing a three-layer fix: a 300-second extension, buffer installation, and safe parse. .mov files shot on iPhones are now also processed correctly.
