A truly "usable" AI born from exhaustion from managing social media
Welcome to inspireXgrowth, the AI automation agent.
We didn't simply create a tool equipped with trendy AI technology. This product was born from the very real pain our developers experienced in running a store: the desperate complexity of social media management. In this article, we'll discuss the challenges and unique solutions that led to the creation of inspireXgrowth.
It all started with the harsh reality of social media management that our developers faced while running a store. Late at night, after finishing their regular work, I would rack my brains in front of an empty text editor. The words I came up with seemed like a copy of someone else's, lacking the soul of the store. This "time for social media" was the first despair I faced.
At the time, general-purpose AI like ChatGPT, which had just been released, seemed like a ray of hope. However, when actually using it, I encountered a major obstacle. No matter how ingenious the prompts, the AI produced a somewhat impersonal, soulless string of words. "That's not how our store is…"The true nature of this "not quite right" feeling was that the AI had no understanding of the store's "context." Having to re-explain the store's concept and unique features to the AI every time was counterproductive.
We concluded that simple "prompts" were not enough to fundamentally solve this issue. And so we arrived at a breakthrough: the concept of "Brand DNA," which embeds unchanging values such as the store's concept, strengths, and target demographic into the system as "context."
This was a shift in thinking: instead of having to introduce itself to the AI every time, the AI begins its thinking with an understanding of the "soul of the store" from the start. By using this "Brand DNA" as a foundation, the AI's output was, for the first time, elevated from superficial wordplay into living, breathing "store language."
inspireXgrowth is not a product born from a flashy tech demo. It is the "crystallization of sweat and tears on the ground," born from the gritty issues faced on the ground and the earnest desire to solve them. How did this development philosophy materialize into a robust technical architecture? In the next article, we will take a closer look at the technical details behind it.
